A new world-class private health facility opening in Remuera in 2027.
75 Remuera Road will bring together specialist consulting, day-stay and short-stay procedure facilities, on-site radiology and comprehensive practice management support in one purpose-built central Auckland location.
Located in the heart of central Auckland, the new facility will be close to Newmarket transport links, with Newmarket Train Station approximately 200 metres from the site.
Opening in 2027, 75 Remuera Road is being developed as a leading private medical facility for Auckland. The building will be home to a range of medical specialists, modern clinical spaces and leading-edge medical technology, with the development already 60% leased.
The facility will support efficient, connected patient care by bringing specialist consulting suites, procedure rooms, theatres, recovery areas, short-stay beds and on-site radiology together under one roof.

Services and specialties
OneSixOne Medical Group currently includes specialists across urology, gynaecology, physiotherapy, renal medicine and endocrine medicine, dietetics, general and internal medicine, and specialist nursing.
Additional specialties are invited to join the facility, with particular interest in services that support day-case or overnight-stay procedures.
Allevia Radiology Remuera Road
Allevia Radiology Remuera Road will offer a full suite of radiological investigations, including MRI, CT, ultrasound and x-ray. The radiology service will be co-located on the same floor as the specialist consulting suites to support timely access, direct collaboration with radiologists and a more seamless experience for patients.
The service will be designed with Allevia Radiology’s regenerative practice journey in mind, helping minimise environmental impact while supporting high-quality clinical reporting and integrated specialist care.
Practice Management Support
75 Remuera Road offers specialists the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, clinician-led medical group backed by Allevia Health’s experience in private healthcare operations. The model is designed to help doctors focus on patient care, with support available across the practical requirements of running a private practice.
